Siobhan Dowd was born on Feburary 4th, 1960 and died on August 20th 2007. Siobhan was born to Irish parents. Sadly, she died from breast cancer at age 47. Siobhan married twice. She got divorced with her first husband in the 1990's. In 2001 she married for the second time to Geoff Morgan. She was married to Geoff for the rest of her short life.
Siobhan spent a lot of her lifetime in London. She was so insprired by The London Eye she wrote a mystery novel about it, called The London Eye Mystery. Siobhan wrote 4 books in her lifetime, these books are The London Eye Mystery, Bog Child, Solace on the Road and A Swift Pure Cry. Siobhan started writing in 2004 and ended in 2007 when she passed away. In Siobhan's writing career she wrote 4 outsanding novels. All of Siobhan' novels have won awards. Patrick Neek wrote a novel called A Monster Calls which was an idea by Siobhan also.
